The parish is suffering another wave of vandalism and graffiti. If you see anyone damaging or spray painting public items (benches, walls, play equipment, notice boards etc) Please report it to 101 as soon as possible or to the parish clerk. Miners Welfare Consultation

REMEMBRANCE PARADE
The Remembrance Parade will take place on
Sunday 14th November 2021
It will assemble at the Miners Welfare site 10.15am, departing at 10.30am, proceeding along Leicester Road, Chapel Street and into central Avennue, for a service and wreath laying ceremony at the war memorial.

Criminal Damage and Anti Social Behaviour
As indicated on this quarters newsletter, The village is currently becoming a haven for anti social behaviour and damage. The police are aware and are monitoring problem areas, and covert CCTV is also in place.

Covid 19 Lockdown Guidance
With effect from 5th November 2020 the government announced a second lockdown, due to the increasing infection rates of Covid 19. The general advice is the same as March 2020, you must maintain social distancing at all times, wear a face covering in indoor settings and only leave your home if it is essential.

Theft and Vandalism
There is currently a huge spike in theft and criminal damage in Ibstock. The parish council are working closely with local authorities to identify and take action against offenders.

Council Meetings
New government legislation allows councils to conduct their council meetings via electronic platforms. Members of the public are welcome to attend. The meeting will follow the same format as previous meetings.We will host on the first Wednesday of the month 7pm
