New government legislation allows councils to conduct their council meetings via electronic platforms. Members of the public are welcome to attend. The meeting will follow the same format as previous meetings.We will host on the first Wednesday of the month 7pm
If you wish to attend the meetings virtually, We are using zoom. Please contact the clerk for the password and id.
The agenda for the meeting is posted on the website a few days before the meeting,
Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting and are able to speak for 3 minutes during the public session. However please note, the council cannot make any decisions on items not listed on the Agenda. If your item requires a decision, please contact the clerk up to a week before the meeting for your item to be added to the agenda.
Grant requests cannot be raised in the public session. Applicants MUST submit the request in writing supplying all the requested information - current bank statement, 3 quotes, last financial years audited/verified accounts and a covering letter detailing the project.
